Meet on the Earth
A summer ritual designed just for you. This weekly outdoor class offers a playful, nourishing blend of Yin & Vinyasa Yoga - supporting both strength and restoration.
Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30pm @ Howard Park
(June 10th - September 30th 2026)
Limited mats are provided. Sun and shade available. There are yard signs to guide your way to class. No experience is required. *In case of heavy rain/storms or extreme heat: class will be cancelled that day and resume next week.

I miss you, we all do. You were the embodiment of progress not perfection. Of living first. Of the strength within our innate tenderness. You were the ultimate father, always present and providing. Thanks for sharing your heart - I’m so sorry for what happened to you my friend and teacher. Your inspiration and love is infinite.
